I’m going to turn this into an ASCII art blog, a gallery of sorts for my own ASCII art and others I like and find here and there.
Right now I am working on a bigger project, an Edward Scissorhands illustration for the 20th anniversary of the movie. So far I have a small Edward. I’ve been trying to find a good photo of the house on the hill so I could get it right. There isn’t much to choose from but I will work with what I have.
Fixing and changing things today. This old blog for one. It’s not dead but it’s not really being used either. See the sidebar for the blogs I work on daily and weekly.
This isn’t going to be a blog so much as a directory and explanation, a meeting place for bloggers who want to take their blogs outside the envelope. My blog is That Grrl. Each Monday I am going to make one post which is not the typical text post. The only limits are that it must be something you can put into a blog post. Something you can scan or take a photo of or otherwise put into a graphic file and add to your blog.
Just like the days of snail mail and mail art. Anything you can fit into or onto an envelope, goes! Join the group (just myself right now) and lets make a blogroll out of creative, passionate bloggers who can think outside the envelope. Let’s make blogging a creative art again.
